Lipe Beach Resort is located on the northern part of Koh Lipe Sunrise Beach which has been awarded by TripAdvisor as the Travelers Choice beach destination from 2015 onward. Lipe Beach Resort is located directly on Koh Lipe Sunrise Beach and classified a True Koh Lipe Beachfront Resort. This means that there are no dividers such as paved roads, boulevards and so forth between Lipe Beach Resort and Koh Lipe Sunrise Beach.
Since 2010 Lipe Beach Resort has been collecting reviews from all our guests staying at our Koh Lipe Resort. Pros: 1. Great view of Koh Lipe Sunrise Beach 2. Their Beach is great for swimming 3. Room facilities at Lipe Beach Resort are in good condition and working order Cons: 1. A lot of passenger boats and people commuting at the beach in the morning. Seem to dissappear in the afternoon. 2. A tad far from walking street – need to use motor-taxi 3. Food they have non halal for muslims ( a couple of good halal restaurants in walking street though) Will visit again? Yes!read more
Hotel very nice and offers whatever you expect. We got front beach room. View is great, but the beach is AMAZING. Right at the beach, safe place to swim and snorkel (with lots of corals), few steps away, sunset beach, best ever, stunning sunset and stunning beach all day long. We were in a Lipe Beach Resort bungalow towards the back of the Resort on Koh Lipe and it was a bit hot (only a fan). But we paid very little for it, so we were just happy to be in an AMAZING location. Koh Lipe offers the best snorkeling spots in Thailand. And the food and drinks at the Sunrise Beach restaurant were also great, including the breakfast. The staff were also really pleasant and attentive. Stayed there for 4 nights! The location is lovely… so is the front office staff!! The breakfast, sunrise beach Koh Lipe is all great. Walking street is 10-15 mins on foot… our room was nice and cozy, however one little issue. The bath area got all well since it was next to shower.. other than that it was all great… Koh Lipe is a beautiful little island and Lipe Beach Resort an authentic resort… cheers…read more
